on the mobile website, i click on "My Cart" —> Click on "Pay with Paypal" —> nothing happen, still goes back to the same "My Cart" page with all the items that i added to cart. nothing happen.

do i have to create my account from the main logitechshop website? cos i created my account yesterday on the mobile website instead.

    i tried buying 2 x N100 cooling pad and it didn't allow me to go through.
    but when i tried buying just 1 N100, it bring me straight to Paypal website.
    
    is that suppose to be an error? can we not buy 2 of the same item?

    Still, I've listened to the Z-2300 extensively and I think it sounds terrible :( My (EQ modded) Logitech X-240 sounded much more neutral to my ears. But I guess sound is a personal thing so some of you guys will still like the 2300s

      The gift card is already redeemed/credited towards my mobile account. And since the gift card was purchased along with a m505 mouse so the amount will go over 30 dollars (*since the terms and condition did not rule out gift cards) and the m305 mouse will be granted along with order.
      
      Should I choose to refund the credit, would it mean the original order wont be eligible for the m305?

I just bought the Pure-Fi 2 using my credit card and logitechshop charged me an extra $0.98.

It's not a lot and I don't really mind but it would be nice if they put up a surcharge warning on their website.

  We do not charge a surchage , that is paypal . you used credit card through paypal and that is perhaps what they charge to process it for you .

      You sure it wasn't paypal that took the $0.98? When you link a credit card to your paypal account, paypal usually take a small amount of money from your account and you have to check your bank statement to see how much they have taken and use that for credit card verfication.

I'm having some trouble getting the mobile website to display on my Blackberry.

I get to the home page but then can't do anything - if I hit catalogue it loads a 320kb file and nothing on my screen changes.

Wanting to buy a set of Z4, but I am assuming I can't do that via the desktop and still get the freebie mouse?

I bought the Logitech Haromony One Remote control off the Logitech website on Friday for $165 and today have been notified by Paypal that I have been refunded. Not sure why as I have been back on their website and it shows as still available. I know my card is fine so it's not that. Any ideas? Should I call them on Monday? Thanks
