        CashRewards have a file that you give to your ad blocker that enables certain links. Couldn't you create one of these to bypass the ad blocker for ShopBack? Just a thought.

      You should Uninstalling the adblocker, exactly why are blocking ads then coming to Ozbargain.com.au to look at ads. I don't get it. Plus you get grief when the ads here don't give you your Cashback.

        With such a huge promotion I doubt they will reject anyone because that would just be reputational suicide.

        @andrewsant I have had cash rewards pending longer than normal and when I contacted cashrewards about it and they sorted it out within a couple of days. Shopback would do the same I gather.

      We need to wait for store cancellation/return/exchange policies to pass, as well as stores to validate orders that are eligible for cashback and not breached other T&Cs (eg. using unlisted coupon codes). Some stores do this validation procession in batches at certain fix periods which is why it might also take a while.

      If you however have cashback in which still has not turn confirmed but it has passed the date it was expected to turn confirmed, please PM me your SB email address and I'll take a look.

      You normally need to clear your cart, and then do a brand new purchase to claim Cashback.

      It would be the dream to get cashback tracking confirmation for eBay in a few hours, but we don't get any sales info until after a couple of days. And when we do, we actually need to manually feed cashback to people's accounts.

      So yes, please give it up to 7 days for it to come through.

    So many votes… But if you come to think of it: they do not really have anything sitewide right now, so unless you qualify for 7% (all of the items I need to buy do not even qualify for 3%) it is just good old 10% sitewide, you will only get it a couple of months later if you are lucky and not immidiately as before.

    OP, I have a number of eBay gift card digits saved in a Word document so would opening that file to copy and paste the numbers on eBay interfere with tracking, since I have to leave the browser and get back to it several times? Tia

    If you're thinking of buying gift cards which aren't listed in the gift card category, cashback may still be denied. I tried it with CR a while back and ebay still denied it, cannot speak for shopback however.

    I tried to check out by gift cards. The amount I have to pay after applied the gift card is 0 but ebay still refuse me to checkout.I then tried to choose to pay by PayPal but ebay still refuse. Anyone have any idea why it happens? Thanks heaps.

      I come across this when I have more than four or five international sellers in my purchase. It's the adding of GST on overseas purchases that seems to cause it. I've told eBay several times but they don't seem to want to fix it. I have to limit the number of overseas sellers per purchase and it works. This may or may not be your problem.
