          I bought some Blizwolf cables and had issues with them. Would have to connect and disconnect the cable multiple times for AA to start, knock the cable and AA would disconnect.

          Tried a cheap cable from KMart. AA would start right away, but with out fail after 5 mins AA would crash and lock up my head unit. Only fix is to restart the car.

          Only have had success with a Xiaomi cable which I got from here https://www.gearbest.com/samsung-cables-adapters/pp_265428.h… put they are out of stock at the moment. Unfortunately that is starting to fail as well, due to bending the cable constantly when plugging and unplugging.

                @Duckbutter: I was looking at eBay just yesterday. I just got a Mi A2, so I needed Type-C cables for work/home/car/etc. I noticed that sellers had specific models for their cables. I thought they all did the same thing. So Type-C cables are not as universal as I thought they were.

    I know it's sold out but just a quick reverse image search from the product page reveals that these are just resales of cheap "aliexpress" cables. not a bargain.
