Very nice - the headband cushion unfortunately is made of the same stuff, but its not a big deal imo

Do be aware that despite loving these - the faux leather coating does peel and flake off after 2-3 years, maybe faster if you're a sweaty…

I use mine on drill bits and it works a treat. No way I'm putting my knives near it but to put more life on drill bits it done really well!
