Yeah was only ever 39 dollars for hours max. Spent more time at 15 dollars or less.
I can't comment on the input required for the iOS programming but this was massively inflated price wise.
Check out the developer's other apps—> all expensive for ?limited functions

Personally I think i'd go with boxytunes($1.99 - and uses dropbox to sync download your music where ever you want it - this is of course before iOS5 makes this all moot) over this I think its more functional. I see only mention of Mac support for the desktop software here.
Cloud seems to be where its at.
