    But what is the difference between STARTER vs FREEDOM vs PREMIER ?

      I think different plans meet different business needs

      Starter Plan = micro-business + personal blog.

      Freedom Plan = small business + shopping carts.

      Premier Plan = high traffic e-commerce business.

      If the shopping cart is not your main purpose, I suggest you choose the Starter Plan.
