    Hmm, you know, I'm starting to wish I could revoke my vote on this one. On the item it states "Delivery: 1-3 days", but after ordering on Friday the item wasn't even picked up by the courier until ~5PM Tuesday, and only left Brisbane about 5PM Wednesday. Given it was sent by road to Melbourne, I seriously doubt it could arrive even today. The service from the rep was good (great even) up until the point that I asked how 1-3 days was feasible given it was sent by road, and I haven't had any response for that.

      agree. The rep told me 48 hours, but who would have guessed that processing would have taken 3/4 days.
      i just got mine today at 10. i live in sydney. hope you get yours soon!

        I ended up getting it at about 3:30 Friday, so the truck driver must've been driving some long hours to get it to Melb by then given he left 5PM Wednesday.

    Yeah I placed my order on the Tuesday and it's still processing! I sent in a reply with all the info you needed yesterday morning but the status is still info waiting external. I've been waiting long enough as it is. C'mon Guys!
