        Iv'e used both , so can give feedback , Horny Goat Weed doesn't work , and Viagra definitely does.

          Cialis is far superior to Viagra though. It last a day or 2, compared to Viagra's 4 hours. Viagra often gives you headaches and blurred vision etc. My horny goat told me this after it had some weed.

              @slowmo: Cialis and Viagra essentially increase blood flow. You still need stimulus for the erection, it just helps reduce Vasoconstriction. "Cialis relaxes the blood vessels leading to the penis so that more blood can flow into it. For BPH symptoms, Cialis relaxes muscles in your bladder, allowing you to urinate more easily."

      Curiously why not?

      Viagra was deigned (repurposed, actually) to help with erection issues (often related to libido, but not to treat libido).
      Things like HornyGoatWeed are meant to effect libido, regardless of how well you're able to get an erection.

      Not saying they work just curious how they're related to Viagra?
