These are tolerable but their other stuff is absolute garbage. Not worth it no matter the sale price.
The worst pies I've ever tried and I've tried alot of pies. But thank for your work in posting the deal.
Just had a couple. They’re ok with some cheese on top but nothing special.
Did you try these specific pies with the potato top or the regular square pies? There is a big difference in taste!

I love their potato tops pies. The rich gravy they use is delicious.
Probably the best supermarket pie.Don't mistake or skip these because of their regular pies which are absolutely disgusting! They have a totally different taste!
I like the Cornish pasties. They too, are better than the cheap-ass regular versions. Much better pastry and filling.
I don't hate their regular pies and pasties, but they're really a last resort kinda thing, if nothing else is available LOL.
Cheap as san remo has forced the workers to do a pay freeze for 10 odd years now, despite SA gov giving the factory to them rent free
