50% off Adobe Elements Bundle - US$75 (Photoshop Elements + Premier Elements)

90

Half off Photoshop + Premier Elements Bundle US$75.

A few other deals too:

… but this is the best one if you're interested in the watered-down versions

Caveats (Basically just trying to head off any possible misunderstandings and criticisms):

  1. Although there are no problems with activation, this is the US version and Adobe software is region coded, hence chances are if you're trying to upgrade using an Aussie upgrade version later it may not be accepted.

  2. You need to use a US-registered Adobe ID to order, which requires a US address. It means that IDs created on the Australian site won't be accepted.

  • "hence chances are if you're trying to upgrade using an Aussie upgrade version later it may not be accepted."

this is a FULL version though, not an upgrade, why wouldn't it work ???

    • Read it again:

if you're trying to upgrade using an Aussie upgrade version later

if you try to upgrade THIS FULL version with an Aussie upgrade version later on (eg to Elements 11), it might not work.

      • cheers… missed that bit…

with Elements, i tend to upgrade every few years, but usually with a FULL version, since when on sale, is often cheaper than an upgrade… :)

Shame the exchange rate has dropped in the last week… >:(

        • Yeah - I didn't realise that was an issue until pointed out by the OP though… might have to look into it a bit more.

  • I just tried checking out - when creating a new account, you do need to provide US address details…

    • can you just make up any address ???

      • Could - just not sure if the Credit Card checking will fail if you provide a non-matching address (some sites do, some sites don't)… though there is a PayPal option.

        • my paypal is aussie too… :S

shame because it's time for me to upgrade, i think my current version are 3 yo now…

    • Oops, sorry about that. I used an existing ID so didn't have to go through it. Will fix the OP.

    • Yeah I suspected as much - there's a 30% off special on P+P Elements 10 on the Australian store, but it still doesn't compare to the US Price.

      • discount only applies to full version though…

cheapest i can see is $138.60 for full version, vs $168 for the upgrade

  • what a rip off, Aussies getting charged 3 times the US price.
and they wonder why people download pirate copies instead of paying 300% more for the same lines of code.

    • Is a joke.

That said, Black Friday is a US thing so it's not surprising the AU stores may opt not to participate.
