Why would anyone buy this when there are plenty of free videos on Youtube that explain these same concepts for free? I dont understand?

  That's a good point but I look at it like this, to find all the info that is in the DVD would take about 2-3 weeks of searching through youtube, you see, a third of the internet is spam meaning copied pages ect, youtube I would say that half of it is useless, so if you are an Australian and are on a minimum wage which is around $15 then with the cost of one hours work you can have everything explained to you in a clear concise way and if you are into Photography this will also be the cheapest component you will buy.

What is the length of the video in this DVD? And if not satisfied what is the process to return it back? Is it a detailed course giving information about what should be the ISO and aperture,etc in different photos?

  texanboy (or rep), could you give an example of what you as an intermediate photographer got out of it? Watching the demo youtube video, it all seemed pretty basic stuff. I'm sure there's things in there I could learn from, but not if I get so bored by the pace I fall asleep/lose attention.
  
  King of tempted, as always more to learn, but the demo video mentioning the rule of thirds and 'art' in the same breath was, well, breathtaking. Hoping that was out of context or qualified by later statements.

I want to order one but having issues paying via PayPal. It keeps saying UTF-8 error something wrong with my email address is in the wrong formant. It comes out like xxxx%40xxxxx.com.     I don't think 2 copies have gone missing. I think with the influx of orders you actually missed my order the first time, so it didn't get sent. When I emailed you, you said you couldn't locate the order attached to that email address, until I sent the paypal confirmation to show it was paid and the address was correct.       After some major issues with Australia Post I finally had mine delivered on Tuesday 13th … and then another one turned up on the 15th. Steve (poohah) has been very helpful throughout in trying to resolve the issues. Thumbs up for the service from this seller.
      AusPost can take a flying leap though - 7 days to deliver an envelope from Sydney to Brisbane? That's ridiculous no matter how busy it is for them this time of year. I've had packages come from Hong Kong to my front door in only 4 days.
