  • This would bring back so many memories but even at that discount I just can't do it.. sell out already

  • I wish I was good with wood, I'd build a home arcade with this.

Mate easier than you think. Build a box, cut a hole out for the monitor, screw two pieces of timber under the hole to rest the monitor on, a nice piece of glass on top of the monitor. You could even drill holes in the bottom walls of the box and screw speakers inside and headphone Jack to the audio out.

    • Wouldn’t go that far but would be better with 100+ games like the JAMMA boards

  • The price on this thing just keeps dropping. I purchased one last month at $199

It's solidly built and emulates the games fantastic. Having both this and the Neo Geo Arcade Pro, I can attest that this is a much better designed unit, however I have since upgraded the Neo Geo with Sanwa buttons so it is now on par.

It is easily hackable to play all CPS2 games but as of the last update, many people are reporting their devices being bricked or not working properly so if you do get one, don't go ahead and hack it just yet.

    • Can you just prevent the latest update? Or did yours come with the update (that cannot be hack)?

      • Yep, the update in question is the hack update. So don't update the hacked file\emulator until there's more certainty and it's all good.

  • Pulled the trigger on this at $199 a couple weeks ago doh!

  • Bought one but feel guilty

    • Why?

      • Expensive for what it is (even at this price). The wife won't be happy. I'll call it my birthday present 😊

        • +3

I know how you feel, I’m already on my 6th birthday present this year, I had to pass this one :(

        • Two good stick controllers will cost you this much or more.
Or think of it as $10 per game, Controllers $20 :-)
That is how I justify it.
The only problem is that it is a bit too big to hide :-P

Also, my better half spends heaps on shoes, handbags, clothes etc, so I think it is fair :)

These are pretty ugly and kind of pointless… I want one.

  • +5

Wish there was more games available for it without hacking

  • $221 now

  • +1

I only want arcade sticks for KOF games, wish the NEOGEO one has twin control…

    • hack this one and get all the capcom games
