Useless supplement lol. Nice flavoured water though.

    • Why do you think it's useless?

      • +1

this is partially true because you get it from food. with that same train of thought, protein and creatine is also useless.
it really depends on your workout and diet. if you are bulking and eating a ton of food, then you probably don't need it.
Most aren't like that, and you do need supplements. For me the BCAA and EAA work great when i go hard in the gym.
I am not sore or as sore as i would be without drinking BCAA during my workout. I tested it on myself to see if it is effective, and it is.
Everyone is different, you're going to have to try it yourself and try with a week on, off, on, off, on and see if you feel a difference.

  • My favourite was Helix BCAA - STARS AND STRIPES. I dunno if you can still get it. That was pre pregnancy. Not sweet just right!

Or 200 servings for $70. Mix with Staminade or Powerade powder for a much cheaper alternative: https://www.professionalwhey.com.au/ibcaa-411

    • Have you tried this personally? Are these bcaas designed to be mixed around you think? Sounds like a good option

      • Yes Big Lez, I've been doing this for years. No problem mixing BCAA's with these. I personally like Staminade lemon/lime because it's not too sweet and it's very refreshing for pre and intra workout. Plus there's no artificial sweeteners which for me is important.
