    misleading title.

    • -3

how is it misleading? I will change it

      • +4

get rid of the 2X - makes it look like you get 2 for the price quoted

        • -5

really? as ive stated two prices?
i will put + shipping too.

        • +2

not hard to see mr REP, title is very misleading. get rid of the 2X.

  • Do these have the official android market on them?

    • Yes they do

  • Ok i have deleted 2 x….
and yes they have android market installed.

  • +4

FYI my trend micro security system at work blocks this URL as 'Verified fraud page or threat source'. May want to check that out.

    • thanks for that, we will look into that for sure. Must be an error.

    • I also get the same blocked message via Trend Micro.

    • Same, and I'm an administrator!

  • -5

Get a brand name for 50 bucks more. Don't these manufacturers understand they are wasting precious resources making this crap.

EDIT: What's Microsoft software doing on an Android tablet. "WORD,EXCEL,PDF,PPT,Microsoft Wordpad, Microsoft SpreadExcel"

    • -1

$50 more? for android 4.0 OS? i think its for 3.2 OS such as the motorola xoom.

In android market you can download documents app that can use word, excel, pdf etc.

      • +2

Motorola have already announced ICS will be released for Xoom at some point.

        • +1

At some point…BUt we have it now and when they release it, we will beat them on price again.

        • +3

Then we should wait until then to get better price.

    • I think Acer A500 was the same price as this.
      http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/55817

      A500 16GB = $249
      A500 32GB = $299

      Acer over this for sure!!

      • -1

It has android 3.0, We have android 4.0 installed

      Motorola is brand name.
      Xoom is not Millennius.
      Xoom has more sensors.
      Xoom has HDMI out.

      Pros of Millennius:

Can be instantly recycled after being purchased.

      • +1

        Pros of Xoom:

        Xoom is not Millennius.

        lol

        • hahaa

          LOL

out of all that you got that

          Nice

      • LOL

    • I'm not sure how you "beat them on price" given the Xoom has been available for $30 less (no shipping) and has twice as much storage, HMDI out, better screen etc.

      • +1

Can you price beat the Xoom wifi version for $339 ?

        http://www.appliancesdirectonline.com.au/virtuemart/motorola…

EDIT: Their Sydney shipping price is $13 not a crazy $29.

        • nice! only 16 bux more after shipping… should have put that in your first post!

currently no ICS, slightly slower clock speed (though not sure how the two chips compare)

has the xoom got USB on the go/USB host? thats the other big one…

        • yes we are cheaper over all, and we have 4.0 for 100000 time.

you cant compare devices with old Software regardless if they said its coming.. If that was the case then every brand including samsung, asus etc would not make sales with their new version OS because some other brand has a cheap device with old OS.

We can get you android 2.1 for $79 like we use to sell and tell you that we are going to give you 4.0 update later.

        • +4

"we have 4.0 for 100000 time"

That is not a selling point. The acer tab sells for $299 and it will be getting ICS as confirmed by acer.

What you are trying to do now is to offload you stock at the highest possibly price right now knowing that the stock that you have will be absolutely worthless once the inevitable and imminent cheap ICS tablets (with proper branding) are out. Your desperation is clearly shown by the fact that you need to publicise the facsimile that you call a tablet on ozbargain. Ozbargainers know that this is just simply an average product. It is clearly not a shoddy product but average at best.

At this price point, your tablets are hardly worth it. Sure, it might be a decent price as of now but in the very near future it will no longer be so.

        • true

  • 8000mah runs 4 hours only?

    • 8000mah

      Real capacity probably 4000mah

    • -1

No, please read below for that tab..
Play time 10h - playing music
      4h - playing video
      5h - surfing

      • think what they mean is the xoom states:
"Video Playback Time: Up to approx. 10 hrs."

  • wtf 8000mah? that mustve weight a kg or u have a portable heater there,

thought it would last 16 hrs if its real

    • -1

around 10 hours with mixed use.

It actually weighs 730g which is very light for a 10"

      • +2

        Asus Transformer: 680 g
        Xoom: 730 g
        iPad2: 601 g
        HP Touchpad: 740 g
        Galaxy tab 10.1: about 590 g

        I wouldn't say 730g is 'very light for a 10"'

    • No, iPad2 has a 7000mAh battery and it is still lighter than that (about 600g). Even that 7000mAh on IOS only gives 10 hours of video. So on Android, you'll be seeing the same or less than 10 hours of video.

  • wow. its kogan like company http://www.millennius.com.au/p-about-us

    • -1

kogan and millennius both started in 2006

  • +1

I thought ICS required Flash 11.1?

Millenius, since your product has no proper/user review, you might want to consider sending out review model to some tech sites. Without proper reviews, consumer will less likely to buy blindly. Do it fast as the ASUS MeMo will be launch in Q2 2012 at the same price as your tablets.

    • -1

Yes we are getting some reviews done very soon.

    • We will get reviews up soon.

We dont sell crap quality devices. We have sold alot of the emperor model and it had 2.3, now it has 4.0

Oh and that ainol brand does not compare with anything out there.

  • +4

jeeze you guys are so harsh, this looks pretty decent!

i've got a dual core on order from amazon, for about 290 that will get an ICS update… simular specs to this, plus i have to pay shipping from the US.

only thing it beats this one on is HDMI out and the fact i've used the single core version, and it proved good, dont know why people are being so negative, specially when the rep is working with us…
not sure how good the chip is either
    Rockchip RK2918 1.2GHz Dual Core
    http://www.millennius.com.au/p139-Millennius-eMperor-10-Andr…
    vs
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0067XX3AI/ref=oh_o01_s00_i… (shipping at the end of the month apparantly) - ordered for 262(shipping will probably be around 20-30 bux)

i have the lepan I got it for about 220.

    http://www.lepantab.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=ar…
actually, in general the lepans look fairly simular but no ICS!

in other words it looks like its pretty decent.

  • +1

The RK2918 in the eMperor seems to be single core not dual core as you state in the specs. Any proof that it's dual core?

    I'm looking at :
    http://www.android-hilfe.de/attachments/odys-forum/62725d132…

Am I reading it wrong? I'm pretty sure dual core would be pretty prominent…

    • nice find, seems so, interested to see the response.

    • Dual core when used by many nameless brands often mean one CPU and one DSP

      • +1

And they add the clock speeds of the CPU and DSP together to get their 1.2GHz, for example.

Don't buy anything unless is has a Samsung, Qualcomm, Nvidia, or Ti OMAP, CPU.

        Rockchip lol.

  • Shouldn't be too long now before xoom's get the official ICS update. http://www.androidpolice.com/2012/01/12/confirmed-motorolas-…

  • I gave a + for millennius cos u guys are so strict to it!
Not a bad tab, just the brand is quite new so there is not any preview about it.

    • +3

      Sympathy vote. I see.

    • We have been around for over 5 years. You can see some reviews on older gear here : http://www.millennius.com.au/news

We will get reviews on these new tablets for sure.

  • +1

Rockchip RK2918 ? it won't be able to run lots of games. IMO not enough cheap to be consider a bargain.

  • +1

The RK2918 chipset isnt as bad as most of you people think. It will be able to run most android games. Its not amazing which is why im not upvoting. But it has a Vivante GC800 GPU (equivalent to the SGX540 in the Samsung G S). Video playback on this chipset is the best out of all chipsets used in chinatabs.

  • the RK2918 has the older but capable Cortex A8 core plus VP8 and 1080p video hardware decode, more details http://www.itproportal.com/2011/01/06/rockchip-announces-rk2… given a choice for cheap tablets this is a winner! but of course if something like the Xoom or Iconia is almost the same in price i would go for those two
