            @lamb: you got an email confirmation of your order right? there should be a contact seller link there. if not, then just sign up for an eBay account and message them directly with your order number.

              The eBay order confirmation just carried the address "[email protected]" ..

              I checked out as "guest" and got the email confirmation(s) from Dell's eBay store .. I didn't want to sign up for an eBay account for this one thing.

              I tried to mail the address you gave me but I didn't get any responses from email.

              Instead of waiting, I have been calling their 1800-812-392 number finally got some help (today).

              Turns out the first order (this one) processed on July 5. The second order for the DWG model processed today July 14.

              Cancelled the first one and was told that the DWG will be shipping (end?) this week. Now just waiting for a confirmation email of the cancellation.

  I bought 2, 2k ones few days ago for 240 each.
  Today I sent a message to seller asking if they can cancel the order, so I can re-order at the new price.

  To my surprise,
  Instead of me having to getting the current order and re-ordering,
  they refunded the difference and left the order as is so that I do not have to go through re-roder process at all.

  First time ever I saw such good customer service from a ebay seller.

              @Omarko: Mine arrived today as well. Box was opened which was a concern, but no damage to the monitor and nothing else appears to be missing. Nice monitor to use so far, pretty happy with the purchase.

  Does anyone know if it is really worth spending $50 extra for the S2721QS vs S2721DS given I would only be using it for work purposes? It's mostly code or presentations and definitely no graphic design involved in my work. As in would 4K really make a difference? Or the 2K 75Hz might be smoother and better? Thanks.

    Depends on whether you plan to run the screen at 100% or scale it o 150% or greater. When I code, I find that higher resolution helps because i can see more lines of code. That's a personal thing as I prefer not to scroll.

    If you do plan scale the screen, I did read from other OzBargainers that it's sharper at the equivalent size over the 2K monitor.

    I just purchased two of the Q only versions because of the 4K and IPS screen because of some occasional photo editing.

    Whichever you choose, the sentiment seems to be that both are great monitors.
