Worth noting on the cable lock:

Use in extremely low-crime areas if using for your bike.

ie. More useful that a piece of string with a good granny knot, but not much.

The pump will be good for an emergency, but wouldn't want to be your only pump for road bike tires - it won't give you a high enough pressure.

Based on current prices on their website:
Giyo One Way Mini pump w/Thumblock Lever - $10
Synpowell 8 Functions Flat Mini Tools - (not listed, so lets say $3 based )
Cell Bottle Cage Alloy - $10
CELL Water Bottle 750ml CELL Water Bottle 750ml - $0 (free with cage)
    Best Locks Key Cable W/Brkt 110cm Best Locks Key Cable W/Brkt 110cm - $5

    Total: $28 (plus shipping).

Not a bad deal for a few bike accessories… and probably a good buy if you're prone to leaving your bike in public places (although, as noted above, your bike is likely to walk if you use the included cable lock).

    • Absolutely agreed on cable lock. I only plan to use it to secure my front wheel to the frame.

And yes, disregard the claimed rrp on the website listing.

The free shipping coupons should still work too.

    • Too late for me but I'll add that to the deal.

    • Great work! Makes it a great deal to Melbourne (wasn't so great at $20).

Now I really have to resist the urge to buy more crap I don't need…

    • Can confirm the shipping code to Melbourne worked and saved $9.95

    • Thanks OP and V1p3r!
