    • Update -Estimated delivery date meant to be today 16/03 however no tracking number and 2 of pre order bonuses have not "shipped" either.

    i have your order is dispatched for samsung care, buds and charger, but under the phone there is no bar or picture. the front of the order says things are dispatched.

    is the phone dispatch linked to samsung care? or has it not been dispatched

    One email from Samsung on 4/3/22 advising the Case & Wireless Charger have been dispatched, nothing arrived this week in metro Sydney.

    No email confirming order, but credit card was quickly charged. (spam has been checked).

    Samsung didn't apply $50 promo credit code for subscription signup, it took them 4 days to reply to say they have created an investigation. Chat at purchase couldn't help. Loosing confidence in their systems/logistics.

    • Ordered on the same date and got the same bonus bundle. My tracking for the case and charger was created on the 7th. I reckon they are waiting for everything before dispatching.

      • Also have the same bundle as well as red custom colour.
        Notification indicated that wireless charger was shipped and consignment created 7th of March.

        Device itself is indicated as Shipped with ETA of 16/03 however has no tracking info available.

        All preorder bonus items also indicate "Ships from: March 3, 2022"

        Are we to assume in order to save money that they will send all items together as one package as a reason for delays?

    Had a word with customer support, got the following reply:

    Upon checking, our warehouse is now waiting for the courier. Once the courier has your order, then they will contact you to arrange the delivery date/time. Hopefully, by next week.

    • I had the exact same response word by word from their online chat.
      Ordered 10/2, S22 ultra 1tb Graphite via Westpac.
      Still saying customising. 🤦🏻‍♂️

      • Seems like a standard reply. I had a chat on 11th March.
        When did you contact them?

        • Does feel like a copy and paste job from a list of generic responses.

    • Where are you reading estimated delivery date?

      • It should be in the order history on your Samsung account.

        • All preorder items were listed as shipping from 3 of March. Haven't got a single one yet. If you check the individual items via Samsung website they are not in stock until next week sadly.

      • On a desktop/laptop
        - Log on to your account at the Samsung Website
        - Go to your ORDERS
        - Under Current Orders click VIEW which refreshes your order
        - Then click VIEW DETAILS, it will refresh showing each individual item ordered and it’s status, ie. “Order Placed”, “Customising”, “Ready to Ship”, “On the way”, “Delivered”.
        When each item enters the “On the way” status, a “Track Item” button appears on the right side and links you to a tracking number.
        Hope this helps you monitor your delivery status from Samsung.

        • Have you received anything so far? My actual device is listed as on the way but have no tracking link available for the device itself, only for the wireless trio charger.

            @Dasaci: My device is in "Customising" status
            2 of the 3 bonus bundle items are in "On the way" status and the "track item" button leads to Australia Post website with a tracking number which has no information yet. Oh, and both of these 2 items have the same tracking no.
            It is likely that they have applied the dispatch tracking number and will consolidate the entire order when available/ready.

    • nice exact same as me and same order date too! did your email saying its now being made please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery, this better not be the case.

      Order status for the phone changed to "ready to ship".
      The wireless charger and case were finally picked up today after Samsung sent me the tracking number on the 7th.

        The tracking number link next to the case & charger give a different track id for Australia Post with no information.

      wow only just saw the email saying my galaxy is being made please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery now i god damn hope that doesnt happen

    • update recieved cases and now 65w charger on the way (2 separate packages received so far, 1 on the way), still no phone looks like i will receive 4 packages from samsung before i finally get my phone haha.

  • Is anyone able to get a hold of orders/sales through Samsung Chat? For me it keeps saying you're in queue and then just "Closed". It's been more than 4 weeks since I got the "Order is being prepared" email.

    • The call ends after roughly 3 minutes with no one answering.

      • Then that's a deliberate attempt to answer questions about shipping

  • I ordered mine 14/02 still nothing. Phone and a charger is listed as shipped with tracking only for charger. But no activity from startrack. I assume they are waiting for all items from preorder to be ready to be shipped together.

  • Called Samsung. They said all custom orders take up to 4 weeks

    The person was confident that they would be getting my custom colour (graphite) in this week.

  • Was able to talk to a Samsung representative today. He said:
    "I have checked your order, and can confirm that the shipping is already requested. This means that the order will be dispatched within the week. Once dispatched, the tracking number will be sent to you via SMS or email. We're so sorry for the delay."

    • I got no apologies from my guy, just said it is what it is

      • I just checked, the tracking changed for the cover now, shows "Preparing Dispatch". Still "Customising" for the phone.

    Wow, that was 3 signature only deliveries by Startrack Couriers to a Sydney Metro location.
    Yes it is Orange, not Red, so saying Samsung is colour blind has merit.

        1 month after release, amazing 10/10, would pre-order with samsung again

          • @bedders: They have added a 3-4 week wait time disclaimer to the Custom Colors product page but I swear on my life when i pre-ordered that was not there..

            I cant seem to find a way to go back and prove that there was no disclaimer

        • I swear it was 2-3 weeks for me, 5 weeks later… dispatched but still havent got my tracking number….
