          Those phones can be locked to carriers if required. I have seen it in a Vodafone store. They use some kind of a cable to lock it to the vodafone store.

          The above eBay ones are not locked.

      Ow… ordered last Saturday, got an email saying "it's shipped" on Tuesday. The email also said "you should get tracking info via email soon".
      It's Friday now and I haven't got any tracking email yet, nor the phone. Not sure if they even shipped it… just emailed them :(

    Just want to share my previous not-too-please experience with Unique Mobiles (lucky I did not buy from them apparently). I was thinking to buy the HTC One X phone from them when they had an offer http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/69553. Sent a couple of emails to them without responds. Sent another message thru their FB page, NO reply. Sent an email using their website's Contact Us form, same thing. Sent a comment in their FB wall, nobody answered. Finally, I can contact them via their online chat, but the operator answered my questions like they were dealing with a gangster, rude, no greetings, not willing to help. Hopeless, decided to buy from somewhere else.

    It seems that they would be really hard to catch in the future for any problems. But again, it's my personal experience. Yours may be better.

      Oh I've had the opposite…although I don't use GB, I used email to contact them
      Twice i had broken chargers. Frist time they shipped a replacement out the same day, the next time it was two days later as they were getting stock. But I got replies to emails within hours.

      I suppose like all suppliers you get good & bad days.

          Just read other dwi deals and how they resolve customer service issues. Besides uniquemobiles is offering their own warranty (not manufacturers) in Australia so you do not need to ship it back to hongkong.

    S2 is an overpriced phone. It will go down once S3 is out.

    At this price you can buy a Nexus and get some change. Nexus is better than S2.

    Only difference is this one offers a two year warranty and cost $35 more,but I would assume most of the ozbargainers replace their phone fairly quickly so one or two year don't really matter,shippment was from Singapore within three working days and arrived in perfect condition. For those out there who can not decide which phone to get, my experience is go for the note, I have a SG2 and note is far better, for those who worry about the size of the note, don't be, once you see the screen yourself, it defeats any flaw it may has.
