      No, if you have prolapse you need surgery. This is to prevent prolapse.

        Rubbish, it depends on the severity of the prolapse. Many can be helped with pelvic floor exercise. However would get a pelvic health physio to check your technique to make sure you're not bearing down and they can look at other things like pressure management, constipation etc that could be making it worse

          Honestly, most people don't know they have a prolapse until it's too late (beyond Stage 1). Would be very fortunate to have one and resolve it by simply consuming more fibre and doing Kegels.
          I dont even know a Dr who would recommend a pessary as ultimately, the long-term impacts on general and sexual health are severe.
          Kegels and good eating are really preventions and self care.
          But arguing prolapse can be resolved by them is like saying situps fix hernias.

      Most kegel devices are weighted. I assume this one works via detecting pressure applied. There's no need for vibrations.
