41

The Head MicroGel Radical Oversize is the latest version of Head's hugely successful Radical series, inspired by Andre Agassi.

Head has kept most specifications consistent with the Flexpoint Radical OS, but now with a lighter static weight and the added benefit of MicroGel technology. MicroGel offers aggressive, competitive players ultimate feel, unique touch, and added stability. When combined with carbon composite fibers in the racquet head, MicroGel deforms and compresses upon ball impact, uniformly absorbing and distributing the impact load around the entire frame, creating a rock-solid feel while offering extra stability against twisting.

$249 may once upon a time have been the RRP in Australia but you can get this from the US for less, it is a US$89 racket at most places, $99 on amazon US with reasonable delivery here. A good price for AUS but it is not a $249 racquet.

  • Head use to be real good, the $120 should be the RRP. no one is paying $249 for this thing. not a bad racquet, definitely better then Kmart.
