even if this mouse was good it would not excuse buying this absolute abomination of technology this is proof that god has forsaken us

It's like a Decepticon got stuck halfway through transformation, doomed to live out the rest of its existence being clutched by some sweaty human

    • It's a bit subjective, if you're into weird stuff then yes, but from a feature's point of view, there isn't anything UNIQUE.

    • The 4+ model seemed popular in this deal a while back: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/536038

But looks alone should convince you.

which model did you have tho? very vague statement, are yu sure it wasn't some chinese version nonbranded. these guys are german designed and build in china obvi

  • I had old mouse from this brand and it became sticky surface. I'm not buying this again

    • +1

Hate it when items become sticky surface. Its a thing and its the worst. I think its mostly the soft touch coating on plastic items.

      • +1

IPA Isopropyl Alcohol 99.8% pure. Spray it on, leave it for 10/15 seconds then wipe off with a lint free cloth. May need a second coat but I usually find a second dose only required if the surface is very very old. Works an absolute treat. I use to throw all my sticky surface stuff away but this has fixed it!!

the "customisable" mouse trend died for a reason

  • Awesomeness!

  • Just get a Logitech G502 or G604.

I had (and still have in a box somewhere) a R.A.T 7 mouse. Aside from the slightly deconstructed look, the appalling software & the meh quality of the cord, it was a fairly decent mouse from when I bought it (roughly 10 years ago).
