I will not be surprised that many shops will push out specials and promotions with tag line saying, “did CotD disappointed you yesterday? try our stuff!”

Nah, I don’t work for them, but it’s the main store I go to for DVDs at so I check them fairly regularly. Actually purchased 3 discs from this sale just before I posted this to overcome my COTD disappointment, and it helped, so I thought I should share.

The regular price is $14.97 for these titles? So if you buy three you get them for $13.33 each? A saving of $1.64 each? That is somewhat poor. It certainly wouldn’t motivate me to buy movies I wouldn’t have bought otherwise.
