Tried one of these but it was unfortunately just too firm for our liking even after a month or so of adjustment period. Build quality and customer service was top notch, order handling and shipping was fast, so definite pluses if you're after a firmer mattress. Just not for us unfortunately.
Be warned the extra springs in their "HD pocket spring" system means extra weight too and I almost killed myself moving and placing a king mattress on my own. Definitely bring help
I got one of their mattress and do not like it at all. I also tried OneBed but it seems like that boxed mattress do not agree with my body. I have started developing back pain which I didnt have with traditional mattresses. Will be returning both, will head over to snooze and order a Sealy mattress when their sale starts.
