Good price for a ATX Z690 for 12th Gen and 13th Gen K series. Probably check with seller about the BIOS version before getting 13th Gen.

This one can be flashed from USB without CPU and memory.

Their BIOS is certainly a bit jank though. I ran into a couple show-stoppers with earlier versions that required me to short the cmos clear headers when I was doing memory OC. (Set the reset button to do safe-mode in misc. Even though it does not always work.)

  Just wire up the restart button on your case to the reset headers. Good tip when setting up.
