Should be fine to run games over 60fps but if you expect to run over 150fps or even more, I would consider upgrading the CPU + Motherboard.

Of course it can. But at 4k, the GPU you listed will hit the bottleneck first. Ryzen 5 5600 or i5 12400f shall do the job.

At 4K you should spend the most budget on your GPU, a 6 core CPU should be able to handle the game at 4K.

The total price is $1739 if you choose 7500f as CPU. Personally I reckon 7500f is good enough if gaming at 1440p or even 4K.
