Save 25% off on FlightFox's Award Fee

50

This is my affiliate in the link however it needs to have some sort of affiliate link to give you the 25% off.

Basically FlightFox allows you to save heaps on international flights since they have experts who will verse each other to get you the best flight. These experts search forums and sites for promos and amongst other good deals to beat the price you find. You have to offer a prize usually around $20-40 for the work. One expert will get this at the end as long as you are satisfied with the deal they provide. This is a true Ozbargainer's site considering you don't pay if you already have a cheaper itinerary.

TL:DR = Flight Crowd-sourcing Site

MOD: Remove affiliate link from main link. Here's the original affiliate link: http://flightfox.com/referral/18646

  • I was hoping someone would post that 50% off code from June…

    • When I signed up I got a prize pack on the house, I'm not sure if that was by chance but it's worth an inquiry.

  • Damn. Just bought a Melbourne - Shanghai Return for $800 (Nov 25-Dec 9).

Sounds like a interesting website. Definitely will try next time

    • You probably couldn't have saved a huge amount since it's a simple trip. However if you are flexible you can save a great amount. (When I say flexible I mean you allow for +-4 days and allow all carriers)

      • I am pretty flexible and I don't mind long layover if its okish :(

At least I didn't get ripped off :P

  • What if they couldnt find cheaper flight, they still charge the service fee correct?
I was thinking of testing this site by quoting $1500 return business class to thailand and see what those expert couls come up with.

    • You don't pay anything then. It's guaranteed.

  • Brilliant idea.. unfortunately, i have a feeling they don't get much luck with tickets to seoul.. already did a bit of research and flights to korea are not very competitive( through previous history data) however, this seems like you will have more competitiveness to popular destinations, such as hk or US…
The thing with most travel sites, is they don't have the whole database of airlines.. only the popular ones..
Lose out of some good/cheap airlines

    • Yeah… Going to Korea sucks :( - Very pricey indeed

      • Some people on FlightFox probably sell you FF points cheaply too so there are many reasons flight fox could still come out cheaper.

  • I booked air asia to seoul for about $330 rtn in september back in march i think. it's during school holidays too.

  • I see some people who signed under my affiliate link have saved heaps. (One guy has saved around $2000) Quite impressive.

  • I've used this site a few times - nothing extraordinary. Seems like the experts are using the same flight aggregators like kayak, skyscanner etc. and they weren't able to beat what I had found myself.
