I have tried around 10 stores in NSW, none of them has the stock. If you can get $10 in your local SCA, that is great!

I don't think this part in the description in Repco's listing is correct. It is true for the Shell Helix Ultra range of oils but not the HX8. I can't find any other website quoting this for the HX8. Can anyone confirm?

That's correct, the PurePlus GTL process is only used for Helix Ultra.
It's getting harder to find Shell Helix Ultra these days let alone at around the $30-40 price. Is Shell making a replacement for the Ultra?
Yes I've noticed that, but I don't know about any replacement on the horizon sorry.

This is mid tier engine oil. Shell range top of the line Castro Edge equivalent is Shell Helix Ultra (not this HX8). So meh price for me…
