From 13 - 17 August 2012, Garden City will be running Jeans for a Cause for the third consecutive year.

Bring in a pair of gently worn jeans to Garden City and we will donate them to Anglicare WA. For your generosity, we will reward you with a $15 Garden City gift card to put towards a new pair of jeans!

Terms and Conditions:

  • Only denim trousers will be accepted
  • No other jean/denim items will be accepted
  • No leggings allowed
  • Jeans must be clean
  • Jeans must have no major rips or damage
  • Jeans are to have no major visible stains
  • Only one voucher per person per day

        But yeah, I'd say the real sponsor of this effort is Garden City in an attempt to attract more visitors.
        If you were a charity, you could procure jeans for much much less than $15, especially in volume.

        do you know what i think was truly ozbargained? people buying used games from EB then going JBs and trading them in. Thanks ozbargain! while it lasted i bought about $2000 in games.

        they've stopped the exclusion list now!! :(

    What a great idea I wish we had that in Sydney, I just donated about 5 garbage bags full of clothes to a local charity and there was at least 5 pairs of jeans. Great post and idea :)

    Great idea, wish we had it in NSW. Definitely worth going to Vinnies and grabbing a $2 pair if you're just in it for the Gift Card (Warning: you'll lose your soul).
