      Mine also said the same thing, as did the mailed out catalogue.

      I went in and did a dummy order which totalled $112 and it still applied the $40 off so looks like it still works for over $100!!!

    Has anyone been able to use this voucher twice in store or are they actually limiting it to once per customer?

      Depends on the store - my local puts a line through the voucher and a date so you can't use it again… a regional store went when to went passing through would hand it back to me telling me to come back and use it again. Unless they have upgraded their system to only allow one redemption per VIP account recently you should be able to use it multiple times. I guess it depends on how much they actually want your business.
