Have had very bad recent experience with good guys, anyone getting the same? Bought a Dyson a month ago and still chasing good guys on the delivery. There's absolutely no visible customer service outside of chat where I've received the same message 5 times now "it will come tomorrow guaranteed". On top of their passive aggressive messages to me, something's not right at good guys.
Haven't had any issues with good guys before , but obviously check your prices before thinking the 10% off is an actual deal.

So is an issue with the good guys or the freight partner?
They are talking about 'price puffing' just before the sale starts.
Their eBay service is notoriously bad. May be the same team. I won't buy from them online anymore after two bad experiences
Their in-store service makes no difference. I bought sth early this month and was just informed the delivery will probably be in September…
Also had a terrible experience with them early this year. Had to phone 4 times for delivery of a single item

Ordered an pressure cooker on 1/7 which shows available in stock for C&C. However, when I call them in next day, and they told me that all metro sydney stores have nill stock. This is not the first time I encountered this issue with this Bad guys.
So why buy the pressure cooker, it seems you always go back to them. There's plenty of other stores
