      Only if it's the same app that is compatible with the iPhone.
      Sometimes there are 2 listings of the same app under an iPhone version and iPad version, no.
      But if they are the same listing which says requires iphone 3.o, ipad, ipod touch, then yep you are because it's the "same app"

    Got it the last time it was free and I reckon it's kind of awful.

    Very hard to work out the controls and clumsy to the point of being unusable (at least on the iPhone) in regards editing existing docs.

    Ended up getting Docs to Go and it is MUCH better.

    Actually if you have a USA Itunes account you can still get this… I tested this about 1-2 hrs back

    Google is your friend as to how to get a USA Itunes account if you don't already
