Been looking for a 32" 4K Monitor. This one comes with pretty good reviews. CCC says it's just about the all time cheapest ($413 previously during September). And it's a good $35 cheaper (not including shipping) than the next cheapest I could find at MWave.

Only catch is, usual dispatch is within 2-4 weeks.

Yes, it's a VA. No, that's not all bad.

  Thanks OP. Note it says "*EW3270U's USB-C doesn't deliver power", I want one that delivers power.

  FYI this monitor stand is pretty bad (no height adjustment and only slight tilt up/down) so it's worth investing in a VESA mount to get the best out of the bad viewing angles of the VA panel.

  The phillips refurb that gets posted here every month seems like far better value. Both 4k60 VA 32".
