    The Boost I went to wouldn't give the free drink unless I show photo ID which I refused to give, isn't it supposed to be "no questions asked"? What crap, as if they needed ID to verify that the undie was mine.

Started with the first menu item, and gunna try a different flavour each day. I wonder if it's possible to get Boost-juiced out. Only time will tell…

    At our boost, the chick made us order via the teddy bear, like a puppet or something, she was deadly serious about it too. It was a bit hard for the littlest one (2.5yo) but he got there in the end lol. 5 free boosts!!!!

    The Lygon St store was packed to the hilt with many uni students and school students on break wandering down with teddy bears everywhere.

    Highlight of my visit was the young 20-ish boyfriend and girlfriend who unsuspectingly stepped inside the store and looked around baffled at the other 15-18 people in the store all clutching teddy bears. They didn't know about the deal so the boyfriend had a very sad face as he paid ~$13 for two beverages and everyone else was getting them free.

    Watermelon helmet? They are about $3 a kilo. Free Boost would cost $10. Good school holiday project I guess. My kids were wrapped with their free Boosts today.

      Arguably, you could reuse the helmet multiple times.

      1 boost = 1 watermelon = $10.00/boost
      2 boost = 1 watermelon = $5.00/boost
      3 boost = 1 watermelon = $3.33/boost
      4 boost = 1 watermelon = $2.50/boost
      5 boost = 1 watermelon = $2.00/boost

      Watermelon rental to people walking past on the street @ $1.00 per rental x 10 people = free boost for you.

      Note: for the purposes of the rental calculations, I have assumed your time = $0.00/hr. I have also assumed your kids all have their own photo IDs. Your mileage, on both these assumptions, may vary.

      To be fair, you have forgotten that you are getting a juicy watermelon meal out of the watermelon, as well as the helmet - it is actually efficiently making use of materials! Now if you got it just for the helmet, then it would be a bit of a waste.

    Actually as we just got home today, the 4yo daughter chundered up her boost all over her carseat etc. Normally shes fine with boosts lol. So although it was free, it sucked having to clean it up after it was regurgitated all over the car.

    Watermelon is pricey these days - $5-6/kg (at least in Melbourne, don't know about elsewhere)!!! Remember not that long ago when they used to be 60-70 cents/kg?

    What the heck? Fireman Friday! These Challlenges are getting rather difficult. Guess they gave away too many free drinks with Teddy Tuesday, so now to get one you have to "bring a real fireman in uniform into store, & score yourself and the fireman a free Boost! Limit of one free Boost per fireman!" Yeah, cause lots of people have access to that…
