      Agree jv!
      Tried SCOOPON once, NEVER again!

Have a bad experience (with SCOOPON & SNAPPYSUMO). Paid for the "coupon" but never got the product. Quoted 3 weeks for product to be delivered, it's been almost 2 months. They take 10 days to respond to email and promise to deliver within 1-2 weeks but failed to deliver every time. Paypay doesn't wanna know about it as it's over 45 days. My next course of action is to alert the ACCC so they can shut down these scammers!

      So BUYERS - BEWARE!

I have stayed here three times in the past year. The standard one bedroom rate is generally 180 a night. I think to call the standard room rate $445 a night is a load of ridiculous.

  • It's a good deal I think?
Hard to find a CBD apartment with free parking.

  • I stayed there a couple years ago.

Dark corridors, my room looked onto a grey building wall. The apartment itself was large and quite nice.

There was only 1 staff in attendance though, being the concierge(?).

This was a problem that when I went to park the car. The car park entrance location is not obvious and I and several other people ended up waiting around the front desk, to try and find out where it was. Eventually we gave up, 1 by 1. I think the concierge had been away from the desk for maybe 15 minutes at that stage.

The entrance was, drive down an alley on the side to the next road and look back and left. It's on the corner of the building. This was 3 years ago; maybe signage is better these days. It was not the alley which led to a gated entrance which looks like someone can open it for you.

I forget why, but I had to look for him a couple of other times. He's not always at the desk :S

Then later, he let himself into my room when I was getting ready to shower :S He said he had a delivery but he'd gotten the room number mixed up :S Didn't even knock or anything :S

Then at sometime during the evening, there was a loud bang as it sounded like someone slammed into the apartment door :S

While the price was quite good I don't think I'll go back :S

  • just checked the quest website and found that it's $209 most nights - so you're saving $20 (quest on william, one bedroom apartment). the two bedroom is usually $249 a night - so a saving of $30

    • True, but unless this deal includes a guaranteed booking you could lose out.
