      There shouldn't be any obligation to continue. I signed up for the last deal where they offered 75% off, and a sales rep informed me that I can leave before the end of the first billing cycle.

        means u cant share the hosting with people you don't trust. As there will be only one login allowed per signup

        add-on domains allow you to have multiple domain names sharing the one web hosting account. So saves you having to buy one web hosting account per domain. Big saving in $$ as well if you run multiple websites.

      didn't know that existed. It doesn't say on the FAQ page, but does it work like a normal webhost? Do you have ftp access? can you install php programs?

      Edit. Just read the wikipedia entry:
      Limited use of HTML coding. CSS cannot be incorporated in the theme templates.
      Must use provided site themes and structure

    Tried to order but I'm overseas so it rejected me based on IP not matching country of billing address.

    Logged in again with my aussie VPN, no problem with IP now, however my desired domain name is now "in the database" from the previous failed attempt, so it won't accept it.

    Gave up. Great offer but unnecessarily harsh IP checking, people travel all over the world these days.

          Yeah my post doesn't make sense. I originally posted, stating that the transfer didn't work, but it just so happened there was simply a delay - so I had to edit my post.

          The server my domain is hosted on is called Cartman. I found that funny and so popped that in to fill the blank. Probably should have left it at 'Thanks'.

      No. It's not allowed in their AUP. Most web hosts (especially Aussie) don't allow image hosting.

        drat i really been wanting one for this. i had thought it was the free ones that didn't allow it but paid ones did. was gonna get one soon but was still looking into the basics of how hosting works. luky i realized now before purchasing. will have to see if i can find one that allows it and at a good price.

    Speaking of free web hosting http://host-ed.net/ offers 10GB disk space and 100GB of traffic for free. I currently use them and the uptime is also great. Oh, and there are no ads.

      That's a silly one - only 10MB for databse, and most importantly, can only send one email per hour, how if you are going to send 3 emails? You will get a ticking clock and wait for 60 minutes before you can send the 2nd email…wow what's the shame…

      There's lot of free hosting services around of you don't need a Australian server. Google it.

      It's bad, the Zuver code has expired.
