Its poor reputation amongst OZBers. Not honouring deals (including instructing the delivery company to stop the delivery half way through and have them sent back to Centrecom). Accepted an order, but when the person turned up to collect, was informed the item got sold to someone else.

This is what stops me buying from them. Like, I get it, shipping is expensive to WA, but Scorptec and Computer Alliance do free shipping to WA as basic thing, and they're Eastern States based. Even PLE does it, which has WA offices, but they will do it even when the computer comes from Eastern States. This is without a 'promo' code, too.
Edit: I actually was going to buy my gaming laptop from them but between the shipping to WA and the surcharges I went with someone else instead. Shame, their website and prices are decent.
