why aren't they releasing this on Steam? in the past, if you bought the pc version and a mac version came out it was automatically free, or a small up grade fee to get it.
Apple must have struck a deal with Kojima to get this game ported to mac. It was featured at WWDC2023.
It looks like Apple is giving gaming a serious look, of course they want to be the ones taking the 30% cut from salesthey will never get sales from people who buy games on Steam, I am not buying the game twice. This is repeat history I remember the 90s when Apple took "gaming" "seriously" remember all the physical mac os version of the pc games? that you had to buy separately!!
I think they're target audience is their own userbase.
They're not trying to convert PC gamers to Mac instead they're introducing games to Mac users.
