    Your body can't process more then 5grams at most of creatine per serve. The average user should be taking 3-5g at a time (normally 3g unless loading or trying to build properly) per serve, typically only about 2-3 times a day (depending on training routine). About 9-15 grams a day is a fair amount to take to keep your body saturated to the level for the creatine to be effective.

    With that in mind. It sounds like following the "recommended usage" just might be pushing you over this. But from it I can't work out how much your taking each time (3 per serve, each containing 5g of creatine making it 15g per serve? Resulting in very yellow pee. Or something else)?

      The serve is once per day so as you mentioned 2.5g pre (3 caps) and 2.5g after (3 caps) :)
