NBA League pass is once again offering a trial period until November 7th, watch all the games live and in HD on your computer. I signed up last year and also got it this year and I highly recommend giving it a go if you're a fan.

Also, they have brought back the Team pass option if you only want to watch your favourite team and that is currently 130 AUD.

With the intellectual capability of this forum what is the easiest way to get this to your PC? Any way to hack the Apple TV that anyone knows of? Relying on solid Wireless N connection and can stream HD in the main room via ethernet (so bandwidth shouldn't be a problem).

Or is it best to just HDMI out through a Ultrabook or some other device?

  Thats rather annoying, I don't like it because I will probably forget and BANG $200 gone off my card. I wouldnt use it enough to warrant paying for a full subscription but a trial would have been nice. They never had that last year it was just a trial and then it finished without having to cancel

      ok thanks, I might have to put the voucher in and maybe i will think about actually getting the ful year subscription. I only have 12 gig on my internet plan (mobile) so watching a lot of live streaming games uses most of it but am going to sign back up with adsl2/NBN when my contract runs out and then might actually pay for the full year

    Yeah I found out the reason I couldn't find it. I had accidentally bought the actual league pass broadband package for 220AUD. When you press the free trial and it asks if you already have an account, which I do, you sign in and it changes the product from the free trial to the actual one so beware of that. I knew you had to put in your cc details anyway so I didn't check thoroughly enough and is my fault on the most part. Just a heads up for other people that may encounter the same problem. I have emailed them in hope of a refund but not too hopeful about it.

      I've been watching the preseason games so far this year.
      They were being shown at 3000kbps live but when I watched replays they were only available in 800/1600.
      
      I hope the proper season will be 3000 for replays too.

The TAB will be showing live NBA games on their website this year. They haven't announced it but I have good word it will and if you go to the TAB site for the NBA markets, it'll say TAB.com.au live broadcast.

cos when i click on the "nba league pass" link up the top. it still says i need to buy the package (with the aussie pricing)
but then when i go into "my packages" i see:

  I tried to watch it on my iPhone yesterday and the quality was pretty bad, this was on a uni wifi network which is normally quite fast but kept on timing out and the screen would go black saying bandwidth was too slow to stream. I assume it was a proxy or port throttle through the uni network.

HI all,

i was just reading through the post on this one and saw comments that you can get it for 118 for NBA league pass when using spain proxy.
I am using one of spain's proxy from proxy server website and when i log into watch.nba.com afterwards then go to league pass, i can see the per season is at US 119 but when I click on that to choose it, it shows up as $219 US.
Not sure what the go is there.

Can anyone pls help?

      I just wanna confirm that after about 20 or do frustrating attempts, the suggested proxy by ACE does work, it didn't at first but then I was over my mates at house, I tried it under his network and it worked! Not sure why but I didn't really care to find out why as I was too busy cheering. The price came down to 101$ u.s with the 15% further disc….which is baldy awesome.
