An underrated benefit of buying though AA is that even if you buy something small, like a kettle, they will pick up an appliance and dispose of it for you, free. I did this with a fridge that had blown out. I bought a kettle and they rook my old garage fridge away. Cheerfully. Must be arranged when you buy
