          I actually rarely fill out their surveys and only pay attention to the emails if they offer something like 10k points for 4x $50 shops. If filling out the survey unlocks freebies in the app then i may just do one lol

      Never ever got a single one, despite being a loyal customer for decades. I'm bitter about it. I'm gonna sign up for twenty FlyBuys accounts, and see what happens.

          Details in the fine print, so I suspect it probably won’t get honoured unless you get served by someone who really doesn’t care. I got this promotion too, but I suspect it won’t scan as free.

      It's in my Flybuys app, ready to redeem.

      I've never had any problems redeeming anything in the app (other than if the item has been out of stock at a particular store).

        The terms are unclear as others have mentioned above - whether the item is really free + 300 points, or it is just 300 points. If it is the latter, then the deal as stated in the title is unobtainable.
