          Looks like the item is probably sold out as it's showing out of stock at all stores so maybe that's why it's sending you back to checkout. The website is definitely crap I wanted to search for other items but nothing was loading so just ended up with the M50s.

        There's a review on product review saying it took a day for email confirmation, in their policy statement they say they will try to have items delivered in 10 days so if I don't have shipping within that time frame I'll try to charge back

        Yeah I just bought it for my second computer / as a back up, no expecting too much from it.

        I can't find an option to edit an order (I chose the pick-up option), maybe have a check on their ebay, some items have lower shipping cost there.

            @Misha Bakunin: Yeah they have quite a few stores. Infact these are the stores where school kids shop for uniforms and books and most things school related. There should be a store in most major cities.

      Add everything to cart and I go to checkout, get a no shipping options available message. As best as I can make out, most things are now only available for pick up from a single or multiple stores.

          Seems like people who ordered other items seem to be getting confirmation but not so much with the headphones. What worries me is my invoice on the school locker site is from my local school locker store and not the one the item was in stock at. Fingers crossed I see something by end of the week.

    Posting in case it helps anyone else. I placed an order as a guest, got charged and the website died and didn't provide an order confirmation. Items remained in my cart. I reached out to support via email. They responded quickly, and confirmed my order had gone through and provided me with an order confirmation.

    Ordered around 15 small stationery items and 15 other items like shoes and clothes. Just received shipping confirmation for a notebook worth 50cents with a shipping charge of $11 ( this was the total shipping charge of my full order of $140). While other items showing as pending. What could be done if they cancel other items as not in stock. Will they still charge me $11 for shipping a 50cents notebook ? Or they'll charge my PayPal account for shipping separately everytime they send an item from a different store? This is gonna be a mess if that happens.

        Good news is that other items are getting shipped now, one item in one shipment. Shipping charges added to the first item only. This is not fair as shipping cost isn't evenly distributed. If some of the items end up unavailable then I would expect pro-rata refund of shipping cost as well.
