    … T&C's say it is a one time use for EDR points.

    Worked fine for me on a NAB Visa card. Had to complete a OTP challenge so I guess banks are flagging woolies gift cards as suspicious. Also received the bonus points from the previous promo.

      The promo ends 13/5/24 so might not get points until 27/5/24.

    I couldn’t get any payment methods added on the app, but I was able to order on website and live chat agent gave me an extra 5% value on the gift card

    Hopefully I get these points too

      None of my cards work either. Did you use live chat on https://giftcards.woolworths.com.au? They seem to work only Mon-Fri: 10.00am - 5.00pm 🤔

        Yes that’s what I did, during the week. The 3% offer is ending June so you should be able to get the 5% off maybe but unfortunately not the bonus points

      When the promotion ended, you will get the EDR points 14 days later (not business days - no way). If you haven't got the point, call EDR call centre.

    Just tried to process a purchase and the app is throwing up a "Something went wrong. Our System is temporarily unavailable. Your card hasn't been charged. Please try again later." error.

    I'll try again before the offer ends tomorrow morning but I wanted to get this done before bed ideally.

        I followed up with the EDR CS team just then and we attempted to buy the card again so I could give them a completed order number but since the payment is still repeatedly failing (tried 3 cards from 2 different banks) they ended up giving me the 2500 points as a goodwill gesture without having to buy the GC.

        I still need the GC for actually buying things though so will have to see if I can buy it via the desktop website.

    No one else having problems because Everyday Pay is down? Can't change payment method at Everyday gifting checkout because it defaults to the only payment method I have saved in Everyday Pay
