Not much I can say about socks but most of us wear them and these seem to be popular when they're $5 a pair.

Sizes 6-10, 11-14. Includes original wool or cotton varieties. From page 22 of upcoming catalogue, starts Thursday.

    I have some explorers that are around 6 years old (wool type) that are good as new. They are the socks of the gods.

      I thought they're would be for pair of socks for $10 in this deal. Am I wrong?
      I thought a pack would have two pairs in them. Not sure never bought this brand of socks before :)

    They were this price at the Reject Shop when I was there on the weekend. Some 2 pack varieties were also $7.

    I bought 80 pairs of socks not too long ago. A mixture of business/sport and holeproofs. Can I justify more??? Might need a bigger sock draw though…

    Socks are very important, esp if you wear steel caps. The right pair will help your feet survive 12 hours continuously on your feet on concrete floors. You simply cannot scrimp on what you need.

      Nope, i wear steel caps all day every day and my feet dont sweat at all in wool socks. Good socks are almost as critical as picking the right type of boot. I can spend 12 hours + in my boots and not get sore feet.

      Love boots almost as much as my chinese safety boot the ol fable thong.

      No its synthetic fibres that make your feet sweat, wool is the best insulator, cool in summer, warm in winter.
      I've had the same 6 pairs for 4 years now, wear em every day, as good as new, would never wear anything else, though I believe they are made offshore now, can't vouch for recent quality.

      What a find! Great socks…and the only ones that seem to work properly under motorcycle race boots. Don't know why. Love 'em!
