I have used mine with both a Rancilio Silvia and Sunbeam EM6910 - 15 is about right for the Sunbeam but I needed to reduce it to around 12...
Not really familiar with the aeropress but IMHO grinder is more important than the machine, even a high end machine is going to make crap...
