Just raise a dispute through PayPal. I did it this morning and they have 10 days to refund the full amount.

I sent two emails to panda2u using the same voucher number. I got a reply to both emails. It seems they reply to any emails sent.

Once you make a payment, they will email you the voucher. Then you need to redeem the voucher and select the colour from there.
