OLED for gaming is incomparable. I would not use one for productivity though.
saitaris replied to rhino015 on Dell G3223Q 32" 4K UHD IPS 144Hz Gaming Monitor - $599.50 Delivered @ Dell
Late reply, but you're confusing with a 34". A 34" will offer WQHD, a 32" will be standard QHD in a 16:9 aspect ratio with associated…
You could try it together with your current sub, although in all likelihood you will get a better result on it's own unless you calibrate…
I don't do my shopping for home theatre equipment at Harvey Norman (or any shopping at HN). None of my preferred dealers stock that sub,…
That subwoofer will be trash. There are lots of great subwoofer brands you will see recommended online - most are not sold here. A solid…

They don't just refund you and let you keep the dead monitor... They do provide a shipping label to return it though, and organise a…

Just took my word for it, although there was no risk to them in that as I didn't get a refund until the return was received.

PPI on a 32" 1440p screen will be terrible. Yuck
saitaris replied to AEKaBeer on Dell G3223Q 32" 4K UHD IPS 144Hz Gaming Monitor - $599.50 Delivered @ Dell
...Yes? I never suggested people avoid Dell entirely. My other monitor is a Dell U3223Q. It's been great. Just this particular monitor…
saitaris replied to Soled Out on Dell G3223Q 32" 4K UHD IPS 144Hz Gaming Monitor - $599.50 Delivered @ Dell
I spent a lot more than $500 that’s for sure :D Alienware AW3423DW was what I bought. No regrets.
Bought one of these when it was $499, was DOA out of the box. Dell ran OOS so I took a refund. I know all electronics have a chance of…

What are you talking about? This includes Burning Shores… hence “Complete Edition”.
saitaris commented on Sony A7III [Body Only] $2199.95 (Was $2399.95) Delivered / C&C @ Ted's Cameras
Terrible deal TBH. There was an A7C II deal for like $2650 posted the other day. That camera is leagues ahead of the A7III and well worth…
saitaris commented on Sennheiser Over-Ear Open Back Reference-Grade Headphones HD 560S, Black $201.88 Delivered (Was $319.95) @ Amazon UK via AU
Bought these a year ago, great headphones.
saitaris commented on Need a Good Fry Pan for Gas Stove
For eggs a decent non-stick pan is the best bet IMO. Eggs are all I use mine for, otherwise it's cast iron or S/S. Taking care of the pan…
saitaris commented on Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4080 Gaming OC 16GB Video Card $1699 Delivered @ PC Case Gear
I have this exact model but paid $1499 for it almost a year ago (after claiming price protection.) Great card.
saitaris commented on Bluetti EB70 Portable Power Station 1000W 716Wh $594.14 Delivered @ Outbax via eBay
Thanks OP. Bought one to power my astrophotography rig; had my eye on this for a while to replace the 12v deep cycle battery I use.
saitaris commented on $300 off iPhone 15/Plus/Pro/Max (Expired), $200 off Apple Watch Series 9 @ Telstra (Telstra ID Required for Online Purchase)
Screenshotted it last night before they removed the outright option, so will claim price protection on 28D :)
saitaris commented on ASUS ROG Ally Z1 Extreme Handheld Gaming Console $1,110.19 Delivered ($990.19 with eBay Plus) with ZipPay @ Kogan eBay
Not an ATL. I paid (from memory) $937 last year around BF for Aussie stock.
saitaris commented on Air Fryer with Stainless Steel Basket
I use a silicone tray in my AF, it doesn't drain fat either obviously but if you then put a stainless steel rack inside the tray, you get…

It isn't necessarily about what it is designed for, it's what a reasonable person would expect. If you buy no name cheap rubbish…
saitaris replied to Presence on Australian Consumer Law - $200 Microwave, Not Working in <2.5 Years, 1 Year Warranty
The obvious reason they don't is that what is reasonable can vary even for the same types of products. A bottom of the barrel piece of junk…
Not a doctor, but your trigs are quite high (normal range according to my last pathology report is 0.5-1.7). LDL at 3.5 is only just…
saitaris commented on Kayo 4K & Pricing Changes - What Are You Going to Do with The Upcoming Changes?
I only pay for Kayo during F1 season. Always makes sure to cancel it at the earliest moment I can whilst still getting the final race.

saitaris commented on Celestron NexStar Evolution 8 EdgeHD Telescope with StarSense $4699 ($1250 Off RRP) Delivered @ Optics Central
PSA: this is an awful, awful choice of setup for photographing deep space objects despite what the description of the deal claims. You will…

saitaris commented on 80mm Aperture 500mm Focal Length Astronomy Professional Refractor Telescope $109.99 (Was $259.99) Shipped @ HETEKAN-EU Amazon AU
This will be absolute trash. Nothing spoils an interest in Astronomy quite as quickly as terrible equipment.
This game is rubbish. I stopped playing the PC version in around 20 hours. Don’t plan on ever going back.
