Items on this list shouldn't be posted on OzBargain. Please note this is not an exhaustive list and may not include all items.

• Counterfeit products

• Goods not matching their description (Items with fake specifications or highly misleading/false information)

• Illegal Items

• Pirated software and media

• Private sale of alcohol and tobacco (Prohibited by law)

• Console modifications that circumvent copyright protection (PS3, Wii, etc.)

• Cigarette/Tobacco and related items (banned Australia-wide Tobacco Advertising Prohibition Act 1992). Examples of related items: cigarette cases that disguise plain packaging, e-cigarettes.

• Small high powered magnets: Product Safety Aus & ComLaw

• Concealed weapons such as knives

• Prescription-Only Medicines, including Flu Vax are prohibited by law ¹⁾

• Firearms Discussion (Guns & Ammunition are not permitted. Scopes, cases and other accessories permitted.)

• Cryptocurrency ICO & Faucets

• Gambling/Betting (including Raffles) ²⁾

• Sites displaying nudity.

• Unique bid or bidding fee auction websites
