Soundcore by Anker A20i True Wireless Earbuds (Available in Black or White)
Late to the party so I'll sneak this under the first comment. 😬
For ~$3 more these might be worth a look. You'll have to put up with stalks, but in exchange you get decent ANC:
Wonder if the stalks means it has a better microphone?
Stalks always results in better calls, especially outside in the wind from my experience of around 5 - 6 cheap ($20 - $50) earbuds.
I have 4 of these (1 x gym backpack, 1 x everyday backpack, 2 x spare/backup/home). Very happy with them. Great long distance signal strength from the phone compared with other sub $80 earbuds. I'm not an audiophile so very happy with the sound it produces. Great battery life. And most importantly, they don't fall out.
Is the A30i a step up?
10 steps up
How decent are they for phone calls? Looking to buy for a family member. Thanks.
I regularly take calls with them and have never had anyone say anything to the negative.
They're great indoors but my friends have said it's difficult to hear me clearly when I'm outdoors.
I found the mic on these to be awful. People would constantly complain they can't hear me properly when I used this.
ditto =/
Brilliant earbuds for the price - would buy again but already got 2 sets!
I need them to play bball.
Audio quality vs Airpod Pro 1?
Equal or lower quality?
You would be naive to think a $30 earphone to compare equally to a $200 one.
And a fool to think $200 earphones sound 7x better than $30 ones.
Nobody said $200 piece has to sound 7x better than $30 one. There are other things to consider to such as built quality, features, durability etc…
@yamumma: Sorry my bad. You said "fool", not "idiot".
I feel terrible putting my words into your mouth.
@itstuan: You seem really offended. Just because I replied to your comment doesn't mean the sentiment was directed at you personally. I wasn't insinuating you own $200 earphones. (Though I'm beginning to think that you might).
I think it's a good measure for judging the value of a product. "Is this $200 thing 7x better than this $30 thing?". It's subjective of course. As is my judgement.
Bluetooth 5.3 - Does that equal low latency on S23 Ultra? Would like some earbuds to use with my in home game streaming setup.
P20i is also on sale for few extra bucks
Is P20i better than this? Thanks
keen to know
From some reviews I read it's pretty much the same sound-wise and the only difference is the shape
I found those P20i shaped earphones fell out of my ears (no matter which size bud I use). Whereas the A20i has never fallen out.
I guess the answer is no, but I still ask. Do these have in ear detection?
Are you having difficulty finding your ears?
Grabbed a set for using with the Switch
I can vouch for the A20i. For the price they actually sound pretty decent.
Anker is BT 5.3 if that matters to you
How's these compared with the Samsung buds that recently went for $80
$50 more in your pocket
If you don't have prime this is actually more expensive than what it is every 2nd week according to 3 camels.
I'm seeing $27.99 as ATL according to the 3 camels: https://au.camelcamelcamel.com/product/B0BTYBVR4S
A quick look at OzBargain history also says lowest price was generally $27.99 except for the one time there was an error with a coupon.
Today if you have prime it's $25.99, if you don't have prime it's $32.99.
I have a pair and genuinely love them more than AirPods. Comfortable. Sounds is fine. Mic is fine. Great connectivity.
These are VERY VERY good for the price. Seriously gives all my $100+ headphones a run for their money. Extremely good and great value. Also makes great gifts because your friends will think it's worth more than what you actually paid for them (due to the great sound). heh
I think your friends can do a quick google search and know its true value :)
Thanks picked this up and surprised how good it is!!!
this or the P20i?

Seems like there's not much in it. Do you want stems or no stems?
I decided on the SoundPEATS T3 Pro for $28 instead. They supposedly have decent ANC. Haven't got them yet.
Yep, those ones. I posted the scarbir review above. They arrived today. Keen to give them a crack when I get home.
This has not expired or it has been turned back on.
I got mine yesterday, used them instead of XM5s I'd usually be using.
I have no qualms in using them instead of my XM5s, absolutely none. They are slightly worse for sound quality but not to the point where it's actually a problem. Range is good - my gym is a large warehouse and the bluetooth was just as good to get to me when my phone was at the other end of the gym.
Got mine, anyone have issues with the right bud not working?
I bought these as a backup to my airpods. They are awesome for the price!
