At $899, it felt cheap so thought it would be worth posting. Comes with a free case. If you back the value of the case out ($55) it's much cheaper than what jbh is selling for a $987 (no free case).

Code also works for the s25 ultra too. ($10% off)
If you are after the s25+, just initiate an online chat and say you are checking if there are any further discounts. Chat will usually provide a code 10% off which brings the s25+ down to $1169. Enjoy.

I have 2 amex with this offer, can I split payment online?

      • +2

No. On what website can you actually do split payments?

        • I'm not sure which one was it, but I got an option when purchasing on either Amazon or Paypal to do a split payment. I didn't use it, just spotted it on the fly, so could be wrong.

        • +2

The only one that I know of is eBay (max 2 cards).

  • I bought it for $1089 last week. Damn… It is a good deal.

S25 or wait for iPhone 17

    • +6

Really depends on which OS you prefer. I use both Android & iPhone every day and much prefer the former, but YMMV

      • what do you prefer about it?

        • +9

Samsung has a dedicated zoom camera, and fingerprint sensor (which i personally prefer over face unlock). Overall they are both top quality phones and if they were the same price it would be a tough decision. But with Samsung being $500 cheaper right now, I see it as much better value, especially for people on a budget.

          • +2

@Fast88: I also prefer fingerprint on my S22. Only reason I'm considering iPhone is the ecosystem (eg parental controls). Hmm

            • +2

@fredblogs: They are both top phones with pros and cons. End of the day you cant go wrong with either choice :)

            • +3

@fredblogs: I've no experience with iPhone parental controls, but I know the Android ones served us pretty well when the kids were a few years younger.

        • Android is a lot more flexible than iPhone. If there's something you want to do chances are you can find an app to do it, even if it's not from the play store. On iOS it's their way or the highway, which is not necessarily a bad thing but can feel pretty limiting.

          • +2

            @Panzer04:

On iOS it's their way or the highway

And their way can be pretty expensive.

I started out on an iPhone as my first device, and recently had a year using both an iPhone and a Pixel for a year across work and personal uses.

The iPhone drove me insane. The hardware is fine, great even, but everything else sucked for me. The best thing I can say is that they make working across ecosystems a nightmare so you're disadvantaged at times outside iOS, which is less a positive and more anti-consumer behaviour.

Apple controls iOS top to bottom, and yet can't have consistent back functionality. It's different across every damn app, with no rhyme or reason. Which then adds to when you open an app that you haven't used in ages it still takes you to where you were days ago. Which you then have to back out of, across each damn step, using the randomly placed back button.

Even the way if I use search to locate what I want I hate the way it makes you wait as it traipses through every damn sub menu to get you to where you want to go. I want to use the search function not have Tim Cook condescend to me.

Honestly I found it rubbish, utterly. I started out on the platform, and am tech savvy, and I've heard people say iPhone just works!!!! but it was more like they intentionally avoid compatibility with Android and other platforms. The software experience was crap.

Android has been awesome in comparison, with the Pixel being average on hardware and yet it not even registering for my use cases because the OS was so flexible I can do whatever I want.

    • +4

      Those are two options.

    • Honestly depends on what you prefer man, I got the Flip 7 deal from harvey norman. I always usually get the base mode iphones, but because of no 120hz (up until this new model) i didn't jump ship, maybe within two years!

    • +1

Get both, it's your credit card.

    • +9

I got the s25 a few weeks ago and frankly its awesome. The battery life is crazy good. I honestly feel like its powered by the underworld through some sort of deal with the devil. Its very quick and responsive as well but this is coming from someone who came from s10.

    • +1

I'm in the wait for S26 camp. Now that the pixel has MagSafe the S26 will have to have it and it will finally be a worthwhile upgrade from my S21 Ultra.

      • I waiting for s26pro as well, but I jumped on this deal.
And likely use this to trade in at launch.
Dunno how much benefit though, pending launch offers

    • Well, S25 is like 500 dollars cheaper compared to 17. so value wise, definitely s25

  • Can the code be used for S25U as well?

    • +1

      I think it can

    • +2

Yeah. Only on Samsung direct, no partners

    • +1

Try it, you dont have to go through to payment if it doesn't.

    • +2

Yep, I tried it. 256 GB in Jet black comes down to $1,484.10.

  • Does it stack with any other codes other than the amex offer?

    • -1

Code doesn't seem to work with trade-in

      • Thank you, not working even without adding any trade ins. Weird

      • Just tested that the code worked with a new trade-in (for a s21 128GB and as a new trade in customer).
N.B. The 10% off from the code is applied to the amount after trade-in so your trade in value is also effectively reduced by 10%.

    • +1

I am having the same error - Please enter a valid promotion code.

    • I tested on Samsung and my access with EPP
The code works only on Samsung Website. Has to be full capitals.
For me with trade in is $20 cheaper at $863 from the Samsung Website

  • Save $400 off RRP. Hurry, offer ends 17.09.25!

    • Back to future

      • deal expiry is 17/9 not 24/9 (as in this post)

        • It's still valid as of today, I just checked. Both the Samsung deal and the coupon code.

          • @Migwell: It went up to $1399 before coupon code when I last checked on the 18th

    • +8

    S25 256GB on Samsung Partners is $923.34 ($1,488.00 - $564.66). But if you could use the $50 voucher they sell for $1 then S25 256GB becomes $874.34 ($923.34 - $49)

  • Any way to get futher discount on A56 256gb?

  • Will this work on Fold 7? Would love a deal on those after I missed out on the launch deal :(

    • Same! I don't think we're going to get better than that launch deal on the Fold tbh

  • +3

Got it on Samsung education for $877.17 with 5% first purchase discount. No codes needed

  • Any other codes that I can stack on the Samsung Store?

  • How much edu now?

    • +1

      Same price

  • Doesn't seem to stack with standard Samsung ERX / CRX codes.
S26 is due in just a few months, maybe better wait…

    • +7

      s27 in 13 months… hodl

      • Yeah I know :)

      • s28 in 23 months… hodl

    • S26 would be a bigger upgrade on the timeline 🤞

But if they go Exynos for S26 (pro) then nah

  • What about trade in bonus offer?

  • Samsung Galaxy S25 256GB check out price is $1,299 for me. I do not know how OP managed to get $899. I love to buy it at $899, anyone know to get it?
LIVEGALAXY101 code also does not work.

    • +1

Think you have the s25+ selected and not the s25

      • Thanks fremeer. Yes, you are right, silly me selected the wrong model.

  • I've got the Galaxy S25 256gb, Blueblack colour with bonus Kindsuit case free, down to $422.10 currently, with a 10% chat code (CRX) and trade-in of a Galaxy S23 128gb. I can't use the 5% samsung app first purchase code, used it on the S23.

Any other ways I could get this down further?

Edit: LIVEGALAXY101 same value as CRX code, so it just negated and replaced. Still at $422.10.
Edit 2: Using EPP/Govt portal, I am down to $355.00 - LIVEGALAXY101 doesn't apply, but a CRX code works giving $19.66 off. - Think I can get it lower? Do tell…

    • If you are a teacher in public school, you have school email and education email in vic. Maybe make another account using the other email. I've used my school email but not education one.

    • +1

How can you still get a 10% chat code (CRX)? thanks

      • +1

        CRX code isn't 10% for EPP, it's 5% I believe.

    • +2

8% cashback https://www.topcashback.com.au/samsung/ (which show eligible for the code) and also Amex $100 offer.

      • Good call, I just purchased a s25 256GB for $899.10, topcashback has already tracked $71.93 and also have $100 cash back saved to my AMEX.
        Total cost should be $727.17

        • Should the cashback be calculated on ex GST amount?
May be Topcashback will adjust the cash back amount later.

          • @Think: Could happen, it would mean approx $7 less cash back.

        • You got $71 tracked but others can use the requested voucher thru chat and will get them $100 off.

What will stop me getting my cashback
          • Cashback is ineligible on any purchases made via Samsung's Enhanced Partnership Program (EPP), Samsung's Government Store, or Samsung's Business Store.
          • Cashback is ineligible on purchases negotiated via telephone, chat, email or any Samsung portal other than Samsung's official Australia Online Store (AU link only). Transactions must be completed wholly online.
          • Cashback is ineligible on entire order if applying any eVouchers towards payment.
          • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
          • Cashback is ineligible on use of gift cards for payment and/or purchase of gift cards.
          • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.

    • does CRX code still works? I have got a ERX code which is 10% now

      • Hmm might have to go back to the chat and ask for an erx code. I think I can squeeze this close to ~$300 all up

        • How much discount does the ERX / CRC provide? And can it be stacked with other codes?

  • Anyone think that JB will price match this? Might have to go in store and see.

    • Can you let us know if they end up pricing matching or not. Ty

      • Will do. Heading in today but will let you know how I go.

      • +1

Manager gave approval for a price match. Said normally they wouldn't match the coupon code but was in a good mood. So you could try your luck.
